Lead Urgency

Lead Urgency classifies how quickly a real estate prospect is expected to take the next meaningful transaction step, such as scheduling a tour, applying, listing a property, or completing a purchase. It enables consistent lead prioritization using declared timing, verified intent signals, agent assessment, and approved scoring rules.

Listing Verification Status

Listing Verification Status identifies the authoritative verification state of a real-estate listing at a specified point in time. It shows whether required ownership, authorization, identity, document, and property checks have not started, are in review, passed, failed, expired, been revoked, or are not required.

Qualitydimension

Loyalty Member Status

Whether the customer was an enrolled loyalty program member or a non-member when the event occurred. Distinct from Customer Loyalty Tier, which ranks members within the program.

RetentiondimensionE-commerce: Customer Retention, Loyalty & LTVloyalty

Loyalty Points Transaction Type

Classifies each loyalty points ledger entry as earn, redeem, expire, adjust or reverse. Breaks down points movement and liability by why the balance changed, not by order type.

RetentiondimensionE-commerce: Customer Retention, Loyalty & LTVloyalty

New vs Returning User

Classifies each session as new (the user's first recorded session) or returning (any later session), as in GA4 New / returning. Cookie-based, so it counts devices and browsers, not customers.

AcquisitiondimensionE-commerce: Top-of-Funnel & Marketing Acquisition

Number of Shipments

Number of Shipments is the count of separate tracked fulfillments an order was delivered in, fixed once the order is fully fulfilled and reported as the string bands '1', '2' and '3+' (with '(pending)', '(not set)' and '(not applicable)' for orders that are not yet final, untracked or never shipped), taken from the order management record (Shopify fulfillments, Salesforce Order Management FulfillmentOrder, Adobe Commerce sales_shipment). It is the order-level grouping behind Split Shipment Rate, so fulfillment operations, finance and customer service can see what orders that leave the network in more than one parcel group do to shipping cost, delivery experience and contact volume.

OperationsdimensionE-commerce: Post-Purchase Logistics & Fulfillment

Operating System

The operating system family of the device behind a session: Windows, Macintosh, iOS, Android, Linux, Chrome OS or (not set). GA4 and Adobe collect it automatically; no tagging needed.

Order Status

Order Status is where the whole order sits in its lifecycle, normalised to one governed list (Pending, Processing, On Hold, Shipped/Complete, Cancelled, Closed) and mapped from the native Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Shopify order and fulfillment fields. Customer Service, fulfillment operations and finance use it to size and age the open-order backlog, read post-purchase behaviour against the status the customer actually saw, and separate net demand from cancelled or closed orders, without mixing in payment state, shipment-level carrier tracking or cancellation reasons.

Page Name

A title name assigned to a page or screen view, used to categorize content consumption and navigation behavior across digital properties. It typically represents the logical page label shown in reporting rather than the raw URL, enabling consistent analysis across dynamic URLs, query parameters, and localized variants.

Engagement

Page Type

Categorises a page or screen into a standardized content or functional type based on its purpose in the user journey, such as home, category, product detail, article, search results, cart, checkout, account, or support. This dimension enables consistent analysis of engagement, conversion, and navigation performance across templates and experiences.

Engagement

Page URL

The full canonical or observed URL of the page viewed, used to categorise content consumption, landing experiences, navigation paths, and on-site performance by exact page location. This dimension typically includes protocol, hostname, path, and may include query parameters depending on implementation rules.

Engagement

Patient Demographics

Patient Demographics captures essential non-clinical attributes such as age, gender, and location, which are crucial for understanding patient populations and tailoring healthcare services.

Engagementdimension

Payment Method

Payment Method is the normalized payment option a customer selects at checkout and settles an order with, captured as the GA4 payment_type parameter on add_payment_info and purchase (for example credit_card, paypal, apple_pay, klarna, gift_card). It lets teams compare checkout conversion, order share, revenue, refunds and chargebacks by how customers pay, without ever exposing card numbers, tokens or other payment credentials.

Pickup Location Type

Store handover point for a pickup order: in_store_counter, curbside or pickup_locker. One value, chosen at checkout; refines Fulfillment Method's pickup values, and curbside fulfillment always maps to curbside.

OperationsdimensionRetail: Omnichannel (BOPIS - Buy Online Pick Up In Store)

Pickup Window

The pickup time slot promised to, or selected by, the customer on a buy-online-pick-up-in-store order — expressed as a governed label such as "Within 2 hours", "Same day", "Next day" or "Scheduled slot" — captured on the unified add_shipping_info and purchase events. It is the customer-facing collection promise made at checkout and the primary breakdown for Pickup Completion Rate, not-collected volume and BOPIS-driven cancellation and refund analysis.

Playback Quality Tier

Classifies the effective media quality rendered to the customer at a playback observation into a governed tier such as Audio Only, Data Saver, SD, HD, Full HD, or UHD/4K. It reflects experienced playback quality rather than the customer’s selected setting, subscription entitlement, device capability, or the quality originally requested from the player.

Qualitydimension

Previous Page

The page URL, path, title, or canonical page identifier viewed immediately before the current page within the same session. This dimension categorises navigation flow by identifying the prior step in a user's on-site journey and is commonly used to analyse pathing, entry-to-content progression, internal click behaviour, and page-to-page drop-off.

Engagement

Price Band

Groups each item by unit price (items[].price) in store currency: Free, Under 25, 25–49.99, 50–99.99, 100+ or (not set). Applies to items viewed, added to cart or purchased.

Product Area Interest

Product Area Interest is the user-level category affinity attribute: the top-level product category (item_category, department) in which a shopper has recorded the most qualifying product interactions (view_item, add_to_cart, purchase) over a rolling 30-day lookback. It turns item-scoped ecommerce behaviour into one stable, segmentable value, so merchandising, CRM and paid media teams can target, personalise and size audiences by the department each shopper is actually engaging with rather than by the last page viewed. Unlike item-category, which is the product attribute carried on each event, Product Area Interest is a shopper-level value derived from it.

EngagementdimensionE-commerce: Product Discovery & Merchandising (Search / Filters / PDP)

Product Category and Sport

Sporting-goods retail specialisation of Item Category: the merchandise category a product belongs to (Footwear, Apparel, Equipment, Accessories) paired with the sport or activity it serves (Running, Soccer, Basketball, Golf), carried on every ecommerce item as item_category and item_category2 and resolved against the governed product information hierarchy. It is the primary lens category managers, planners and marketers use to read demand, conversion and sell-through from list view to purchase, so every item-scoped view, cart and revenue figure reconciles by department and sport across web, app and store.

MonetizationdimensionE-commerce: Product Discovery & Merchandising (Search / Filters / PDP)

Product Name

A name or title assigned to an individual product SKU (Stock keeping unit) or product offering. It serves as the primary qualitative label used to aggregate performance metrics (like Revenue or Add to cart) across different platforms and reporting suites.

Performance

Property Type

Property Type classifies the physical real estate asset associated with a property or listing into a governed category such as apartment, single-family home, office, retail, land, or mixed-use. It enables consistent analysis of inventory, discovery, engagement, conversion, pricing, and transaction performance across asset categories.

Conversiondimension

Purchase Count Band

Purchase Count Band groups each customer by their lifetime number of completed orders, meaning orders that were not cancelled and are not test orders, into the default bands 0 (registered, no orders), 1, 2, 3-5 and 6+. It is the standard way to split one-time buyers from repeat buyers in retention, Customer Lifetime Value and CRM segmentation, and it is only a banding of the Orders per Customer count: it is not a New/Returning label (Customer Status), not a basket-size cut (Cart Size Band) and not a score.

RetentiondimensionE-commerce: Customer Retention, Loyalty & LTVretention

Recommendation Placement

Page slot where a recommendation module renders, e.g. home, PDP, cart or post-purchase. Read from the placement value on view_item_list and select_item, else parsed from the item_list_name token.
